Head of First Aid Training
Biker Down is super pleased to introduce Kendall Watson to the motorcycling community. Kendall is the creator of the Biker Down First Aid powered by Canadian Red Cross.
Kendall has combined two of her passions: First Aid and Motorcycles, an unexpected combination but an important one. When the CRC approached her to work with Biker Down and develop a First Aid course to be delivered alongside a motorcycle safety course, it was a no-brainer, she said YES. Kendall’s resume outlines her academic and professional achievements but she won’t bore you with all those details. Short summary- Kendall earned a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Business Administration over the past 20 years and she works today as an Assistant Principal at a junior high school in Beaumont Alberta. Her dedication to empowering students and fostering a love for learning has made her a respected figure in the school community. Beyond the classroom, Kendall’s adventurous spirit led her to discover the exhilarating world of motorcycles. She is not just a rider; she’s a passionate advocate for motorcycle safety. Her dad had a serious motorcycle accident over 20 years ago, so she understands the importance of being safe. Kendall has been across Canada and the United States on her motorcycle, making some amazing memories along the way. Her greatest adventure to date was a three-week adventure across Canada including a Friday the 13th rally in Port Dover (Ontario) and historic Route 66 from Chicago to Los Angeles. She considers herself lucky to have such great memories with friends and family, putting on miles and seeing some of the most breathtaking scenery North America has to offer. Kendall is not one to shy away from challenges. In addition to her teaching and motorcycling pursuits, she is a devoted mother to a young human. Balancing the demands of motherhood with her professional and personal interests, Kendall finds time to continue to train and teach karate. An instructor, mentor and member of Beaumont Karate-Do, her love of teaching continues outside of the classroom. With boundless energy and an unwavering commitment to her passions, Kendall is excited to have worked with Biker Down and the CRC to prepare Canadian motorcyclists as they embrace their spirit of adventure.
